TATA nano,
Finally it's out, outdoing all it's expectations and prediction and has left the critics and wheelies open mouthed.
The long awaited Rs. 1 lakh car is now released, TATA had announced to release such a car three tears ago, but nobody had expected the car to be the way it is now, critics had proudly told “it would be a nice integration of two bikes”.

The new TATA nano is similar in design to Zen Estillo, but is a competitor for Maruti 800. The car has 21% more internal space and still is 8% smaller in size compared to Maruti 800. The 624cc 33bhp Petrol engine is highly economic with a good efficiency of 20kmpl approx. The engine is in the rear side and the baggage space is provided in the front, though this is highly unconventional, the arrangement is said to suit the design. It's equipped with tubelss tires, and 30lt capacity fuel tank.

Thus it’s space efficient, stylish and highly economic.
Main reason for the success in design of nano is Technology, and efficient techniques of production, the flashy headlamps, sleek and sexy tail lights, the broad crystal clear windshield is just something which you won’t believe for just 1 lakh.
The car has passed all the Safety norms, and has qualified for the EURO IV standards or BHARAT III standards in emission; the car is eco friendly too.
The low cost of the vehicle has created a stir in the car market. This could eventually damage the used car sales; it also competes with the two wheelers, the cost is about less than half of its competitor.
Though the basic model doesn’t have air conditioning, power steering or power windows, the deluxe models have.
The TATA has announced to release the Diesel version of nano soon.
Seeing the configurations, the TATA nano has all it takes to change the winds in the market.
TATA has finally come out with something, we can be proud of, there was always a question “why doesn’t the TATA guys make some nice cars”, now the swadeshi company is out with a revolutionary car, making dreams of those lakhs of middle classers to come true.
Hopefully, TATA will continue with the research and bring out good cars in all the segments, so that Indians get a desi option. Hope the car tastes success.
All the best nano…
